About the role
LIVEAL AFRICA is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Nairobi team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive new revenue streams, nurture client relationships, and shape marketing strategies that align with our experiential marketing and PR expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies and proposals that meet client needs.
- Generate sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal creative and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track market trends, analyse industry data, and report on sales performance against targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution.
- Strong market research, data analysis, and growth‑opportunity identification skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to develop effective marketing plans and contribute to experiential marketing projects.
- Experience thriving in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
- Familiarity with the experiential marketing or PR sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using sales reporting systems.
