About the role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Lead Generation Specialist to support our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. In this role you will act as a market researcher, deeply understanding our Ideal Customer Profile and uncovering high‑intent signals such as hiring trends and industry shifts. Your work will directly feed high‑quality leads into the sales pipeline, enabling meaningful conversations with prospects.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify best‑fit accounts that match the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Use intent signals (e.g., hiring trends, growth indicators) to prospect key decision‑makers.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate sales pipeline by managing lead flow and status.
  • Enrich data with verified email addresses and direct dial numbers to improve connect rates.
  • Support the SDR team by sharing best practices and optimizing prospecting tools.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles and market segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset capable of turning data and trends into “warm” opportunities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with SDR teams.
  • Fluent English (C1 level) and quick learner of new tools and processes.
