Fractional Partnerships Lead – Financial Institutions

About the role

Coinscentric is looking for a Fractional Partnerships Lead to bring its credit intelligence solution to digital lenders, micro‑finance banks and other financial institutions across Africa. You will work on your own terms, focusing on high‑impact partnership development that unlocks formal credit for underserved borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach target financial institutions with gaps in credit decisioning.
• Conduct discovery conversations with underwriting leaders to understand pain points, risk appetite and integration readiness.
• Guide prospects from initial contact through procurement, compliance and IT integration to a signed agreement.
• Navigate internal stakeholder dynamics and address concerns that may block progress.
• Help shape the first playbook for partnership outreach in this emerging market.

Required profile

• Proven experience working inside or alongside African financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of how lending decisions are made and who the decision‑makers are.
• Strong network within the African financial services ecosystem.
• Ability to hold technical and commercial conversations without being a specialist in either.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
