About the role
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee the organization’s core functions and develop processes that align with our strategic objectives. The role involves monitoring performance, analysing costs and benefits, and ensuring that all operational activities support the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Track business results and key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Conduct cost‑benefit analyses to guide decision‑making.
- Develop, implement and refine operational processes that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and communicate organizational goals.
- Ensure that production and service delivery remain aligned with strategic targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar business operations or management role.
- Strong leadership abilities and capacity to influence across all levels.
- Excellent communication skills to convey the company vision.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and efficiency.
