Channel Partner Manager – Sub‑Saharan Africa (Based in Kenya)

About the role
As a Channel Partner Manager based in Kenya, you will lead Linx’s channel partner network across Sub‑Saharan Africa. You will work closely with distributors and key end‑user customers to grow market share for Linx’s industrial printing and identification solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a channel partner strategy aligned with annual sales targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors in priority markets.
- Conduct regular business reviews, monitor revenue, bookings, sales funnel, installed‑base growth and aftermarket revenue.
- Collaborate with distributors on strategic key‑account plans for CIJ, laser and thermal printing solutions.
- Support field trials, demos and accelerate sales cycles.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to refine product positioning and pricing.
- Promote rigorous use of CRM and sales‑enablement tools to improve pipeline accuracy and forecasting.
Required profile
- Willingness to travel up to three days per week (approximately eight nights away per month) across Sub‑Saharan Africa.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to coach distributor sales teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
