Data Analyst – Logistics Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join DHL Supply Chain Kenya’s Operations team. The role will support business decisions by accurately capturing, analysing and maintaining operational data across the logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, verify and update data in company systems and databases.
• Review and analyse data to identify inconsistencies, errors or missing information.
• Generate reports and summaries to support operational and management decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure proper filing.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to collect and validate required information.
• Monitor data quality and recommend improvements for reporting accuracy.
• Respond to data‑related queries and provide administrative support.
• Perform routine audits to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
• Identify trends and operational gaps to support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics or a relevant professional qualification (degree level is an advantage).
• At least 3 years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with data visual management systems.
