Director, Commercial Frontline – Angola & HIMA

About the role

The Director, Commercial Frontline will be the key commercial partner for the franchise and bottling system in Angola & HIMA. Reporting to the Senior Director of Franchise Operations, you will integrate commercial strategy into end‑to‑end processes and drive transformative commercial thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of the Commercial Strategy and levers across the franchise and bottling system.
• Partner with Marketing to embed commercial considerations into all campaigns and plans.
• Develop and execute the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) and prioritize quarterly commercial priorities.
• Design and adjust the BBM model and pack architecture based on market dynamics.
• Recruit and manage resources for priority initiatives such as Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM, and Digital.
• Provide commercial input and approval for all marketing campaigns and success metrics.
• Collaborate with the franchise GM as the “right‑hand” commercial advisor.
