Education Quality & MEAL Advisor

About the role

World Vision is seeking an Education Quality & MEAL Advisor to provide technical leadership for quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and data use within the Education sector. This remote position supports the design and operation of digital education quality systems and drives evidence‑based decision‑making across programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the custodian for quality assurance and M&E for the Child Results Area for Education.
• Develop, implement, and review global education indicators, tools, and reporting processes.
• Oversee the Measuring Education Quality Achieved (MEQA) platform, including user support, system improvements, and documentation.
• Design digital observation tools and Power BI dashboards for MEQA and future M&E solutions.
• Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to integrate AI tools where feasible.
• Partner with external stakeholders on M&E tools such as Tangerine.
• Strengthen evidence generation, synthesis, and learning across education programmes.
• Lead the production of annual education reports, case studies, and knowledge products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in education quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Strong background in managing digital data platforms and analytical reporting.
• Ability to work remotely with teams across Latin America, Africa, MEER, and Asia‑Pacific.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
