English & German Teacher (Full‑time, Mombasa)

About the role

EMG Academic Advisors Limited is seeking a dedicated English‑German Teacher to join its Mombasa County campus. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering high‑quality language instruction to learners of varying proficiency levels and contributing to a dynamic, collaborative teaching environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English and German to students across beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
• Design, prepare and adapt lesson plans and teaching materials to meet individual learner needs.
• Conduct one‑on‑one tutoring sessions and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments and informal evaluations.
• Participate in faculty training sessions and contribute to a positive, interactive classroom atmosphere.

Required profile

• Proficiency in German and strong command of English.
• Degree or certification in Education, German Studies or a related field.
• Experience in teaching, tutoring or curriculum development, preferably in language education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
