About the role
The General Manager will provide strategic leadership across the organisation, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that strategic and budgetary goals are achieved.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business and tactical plans to support the strategic plan.
- Implement sales strategies, drive growth of the customer base and monitor competitive landscape.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor costs, and optimise liquidity.
- Promote a culture of efficiency, honesty and customer focus.
- Provide quarterly financial updates to the Board and recommend strategic adjustments.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a business‑related field; Bachelor’s in Sales, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing teams and multiple operational functions.
- Experience in planning, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organisational, leadership and analytical abilities.
