Intern – Fleet Coordination

About the role

The Fleet Coordinator Intern will support daily coordination and administration of the company’s fleet and logistics operations, gaining practical experience in fleet management, record keeping and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily allocation, scheduling and monitoring of vehicle movements, mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance.
• Support driver coordination, maintain driver records and ensure compliance with fleet policies.
• Help plan deliveries, collections and dispatches, track shipment status and flag logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate fuel and expense records, reconcile mileage and prepare expense reports.
• Keep organized physical and electronic fleet and logistics records and update the fleet management system.
• Prepare routine fleet and logistics reports, track performance indicators and support management reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management or related field.
• Recent graduate or student seeking practical internship experience.
• Basic knowledge of fleet or logistics operations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good numerical, data‑entry and basic analytical skills.
