Graduate Finance Intern – Accounting & Auditing

About the role
World Vision is seeking a Graduate Finance Intern to support its finance team in Nairobi. This full‑time internship offers recent accounting graduates the chance to apply their knowledge in a humanitarian setting while developing practical skills in financial management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day bookkeeping and journal entries.
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies.
- Conduct investigations into financial discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records using accounting software and MS Excel.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field, graduated within the last two years.
- Knowledge of CPA or ACCA Level 2 concepts.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High personal integrity and alignment with World Vision’s Christ‑centred values.
