Graphic Designer Attaché (Video Editing Support)

About the role

Alinefacility Management is looking for a Graphic Designer Attaché in Nairobi to support its Digital Marketing team in producing engaging, high-quality and timely video content for the company's digital platforms, campaigns, activations and other marketing initiatives. The role gives hands-on exposure to digital content production while helping improve content turnaround time and overall creative output. It is a 3-month attachment reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Design social media posts, stories, banners, posters, flyers, digital advertisements and promotional materials.
• Create visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, activations and special promotions.
• Work with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to turn campaign concepts into compelling visual designs.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colours, fonts and visual identity.
• Create graphics and visual assets for video and digital content, and resize materials for different platforms and formats.
• Support presentations, reports, newsletters and other corporate communication materials.
• Assist with photo editing, image enhancement, retouching and basic visual manipulation.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, make revisions based on feedback and meet agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Skilled and professional graphic designer.
• Basic to intermediate current and trendy graphic designs.
• Good understanding of social media content formats and trends.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines, in a fast-paced creative environment, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, creativity and willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Required skills

• Familiarity with graphic design software.
• Photo editing and image retouching.
