Growth and Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Growth and Acquisition Lead to build and scale Kuzana’s founder acquisition engine. The role focuses on designing a repeatable system that moves prospects from awareness to qualified applications, supporting our mission to fund high‑potential Kenyan SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a founder acquisition strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, WhatsApp, email, partnerships, events and direct outreach.
• Prioritize channels based on qualified applications and conversion performance.
• Design compelling offers such as finance for founders, investment readiness quizzes, webinars, podcasts and community events.
• Own the full acquisition funnel: optimise landing pages, application forms and reduce friction.
• Create and manage email and WhatsApp nurture sequences and follow‑up processes.
• Analyse funnel metrics, cost per qualified application and conversion rates to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience building acquisition funnels for B2B or startup ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and optimise KPIs such as cost per qualified application and funnel conversion rates.
• Ability to work closely with content teams and manage multi‑channel campaigns.
