About the role
Sonar Imaging Centre is seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to steer its growth agenda across all service lines. Reporting directly to the Managing Director/CEO, you will shape market expansion, strengthen partnerships, and elevate the patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the organisation’s business growth and commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in healthcare, insurance, and corporate sectors.
- Lead initiatives to increase referral networks, customer retention, and market penetration.
- Build and manage high‑performing teams across business development, customer experience, billing, and digital marketing.
- Develop strategic relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee customer experience programmes to ensure service excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Drive digital marketing and brand visibility across social media, website, and digital campaigns.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
- Monitor revenue performance, business metrics, and operational KPIs to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Represent the organisation in strategic meetings, partnerships, and commercial engagements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Healthcare Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
