About the role
The Head of Technology will lead the enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation agenda across multiple manufacturing businesses and geographies. Reporting to the Group CEO, this executive role is accountable for technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data & analytics, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and the integration of IT and Operational Technology (OT).
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group Technology and Digital Transformation strategy.
- Drive Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, automation, and data‑driven decision making.
- Lead ERP, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and analytics initiatives.
- Deliver measurable EBITDA improvement, productivity gains, cost optimisation, and ROI from technology investments.
- Partner with business leaders to improve manufacturing performance, resilience, and competitiveness.
- Build and lead a high‑performing technology function across multiple locations.
