About the role
This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to support Jawabu Biashara’s lending operations in Nairobi. You will work closely with the credit team to promote loan products, attract qualified borrowers, and assist in loan appraisal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the company’s lending solutions to potential customers.
- Identify and recruit customers who meet the target criteria.
- Assist in conducting effective loan appraisals.
- Help achieve business targets while maintaining a quality loan portfolio.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or portfolio management is an advantage.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work with high integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
