About the role

The Investment Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Inkomoko's lending process. You will support the lending team, verify loan applications, and deliver high‑quality customer service to borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Verify loan applications and documentation, ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.
• Prepare loan files for review, respond to borrower inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
• Enter accurate data into loan management systems, maintain loan records, and organise loan documents for easy access.
• Generate reports on loan applications, processing times and key performance metrics to aid decision‑making.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with policies, regulations and procedures, communicating any issues to the lending team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
