Laboratory Technologist – Full‑Time Position

About the role
The Laboratory Technologist will conduct clinical laboratory testing and analysis in a busy hospital setting, ensuring accurate results for patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and accurately interpret results.
- Operate, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Report abnormal or critical values promptly for verification.
- Record and store laboratory reports and registers with precision.
- Carry out quality control and calibration procedures before testing.
Required profile
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Registration and valid licence with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant laboratory experience.
Required skills
- Laboratory instrumentation operation.
- Calibration of analytical equipment.
- Quality control procedures in a clinical lab.
