Manager Transactional Banking & Customer Value Management

About the role

The Manager Transactional Banking & CVM will lead the end‑to‑end transactional banking franchise and the Customer Value Management strategy across Retail and Business Banking. The role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, increasing active customer penetration and enhancing lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver transactional banking revenue and profitability targets, covering account services, payments, cash management and transaction‑led FX.
• Define and execute a multi‑year growth strategy aligned with Retail & Business Banking objectives.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships, pricing tiers, bundles and value propositions that integrate with lending, savings, insurance and investment products.
• Lead the CVM framework across the full customer lifecycle – acquisition, onboarding, usage growth, retention and value deepening.
• Set and monitor key value drivers such as active customers, digital actives, transaction frequency, product holding and churn.
• Design and govern always‑on CVM programmes, event‑based triggers and segment‑specific campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transactional banking, payments or related financial services.
• Strong track record of P&L ownership and revenue growth.
• Ability to translate customer data into commercial outcomes while ensuring regulatory and risk compliance.
• Leadership skills to influence cross‑functional teams and external partners.
