Outside Sales Representative

About the role

The Outside Sales Representative will be the primary face of The Chefs' Warehouse, delivering exceptional service to chefs, restaurateurs, caterers, hotels and retail partners. You will promote a curated portfolio of specialty ingredients, proteins and produce, helping customers discover new possibilities and elevate their culinary offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a prospect list using industry sources, trade shows, directories and networking.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory to meet existing and potential customers, presenting product samples and catalogs.
• Quote pricing, credit terms and prepare contracts for secured orders.
• Ensure timely order processing, follow‑up and ongoing relationship management.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable with frequent travel.
• Ability to understand and convey product value to diverse foodservice clients.
