Project Coordinator – Contact Centre Projects

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead end‑to‑end delivery of operational, IT and telephony projects within its contact‑centre environment in Nairobi. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full life‑cycle of projects, from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary project teams using MS Project, MS Planner and timeline tools.
• Coordinate with internal departments, third‑party vendors and external suppliers.
• Conduct risk and issue management, providing regular governance and reporting.
• Apply Prince2 methodology and Agile delivery practices to meet changing requirements.
• Perform rapid impact analysis and recommend solutions under tight deadlines.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end projects in a contact‑centre or similar environment.
• Experience managing projects valued at £1 million or more, including operational improvement and telephony initiatives.
• Current Prince2 Practitioner certification (Agile qualification preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
