About the role

We are looking for a Remote Scheduling & Sales Specialist to join HearCanada’s Inside Sales team. In this fully remote position you will help Canadian clients book hearing‑care appointments and promote our services, using existing leads rather than cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients to schedule appointments with hearing‑care professionals across Canada.
  • Identify client needs, introduce promotions and upsell hearing‑care services.
  • Achieve daily and weekly KPIs and overall sales targets.
  • Maintain a high‑volume calling plan and keep client information up‑to‑date in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with clinic teams to optimise booking schedules.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share feedback and develop sales techniques.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in inside sales or high‑volume appointment scheduling.
  • Strong empathy and ability to guide conversations with individuals experiencing hearing loss.
  • Highly motivated, goal‑driven and able to meet performance targets.
  • Bilingual English/French is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to learn new software and work remotely.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems.
