About the role

The Sales Associate will be the face of The Chefs' Warehouse, delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, caterers, hotels and retail establishments. This role focuses on growing revenue through personalized service and expert product knowledge of specialty ingredients, proteins and produce.

Key responsibilities

Generate sales by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Compile and maintain a prospect list using networking, trade shows, industry publications and online sources.
Travel throughout an assigned territory, visiting existing and prospective customers to secure orders.
Present products with samples or catalogs, highlighting features that meet customer needs.
Prepare quotes, pricing and credit terms to close sales.

Required profile

Customer‑focused professional with a passion for food and sales.
Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a relationship‑driven environment.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
