About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. The SDR will play a key role in prospecting, outreach, lead generation, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, and social platforms.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts.
- Meet outreach and performance goals.
- Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in outreach and relationship building.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
