Sales Representative – Membership Program

About the role
We are looking for motivated sales professionals ready to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As the voice of our Membership Program, you will help customers see its value, close deals, and build long‑term relationships. The role works on a rotating shift from Monday to Sunday, 4 p.m. to 5 a.m. Kenya time (EAT), with a one‑hour lunch break and two days off per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to attract and retain members
- Be available on calls during your shift, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism
- Present and promote the Membership Program with persuasive communication
- Deliver at least three strong rebuttals per call to highlight program benefits
- Handle approximately 40 calls per day with consistency and quality
- Close sales effectively and maximize revenue opportunities
- Upsell products, services, and memberships when appropriate
- Build trust and long‑term relationships with customers
Required profile
- Minimum six months of sales experience
- Strong English communication skills
