About the role

Classic Ford Lincoln – Columbia is seeking three enthusiastic Service Receptionists to join its growing service department. In this front‑desk position you will greet customers, manage appointments, handle payments and ensure a welcoming lounge environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all customers politely and courteously.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Schedule service appointments and process service/parts payments.
• Balance cash receipts at the end of each shift.
• Maintain and restock the customer lounge with refreshments and materials.
• Keep the lounge area clean, organized and inviting.
• Encourage positive online reviews and social‑media feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, friendly and customer‑focused attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle customer frustrations calmly and redirect them.
• Team‑player who can be trained on dealership procedures.
