Social Media & Content Specialist (Part-Time)

About the role

The Social Media & Content Specialist will lead and execute digital content and social media initiatives for a growing organization in the construction and infrastructure sector. This role blends content strategy, creation, brand development, and social media management to boost brand visibility, showcase projects and company culture, and support business growth. You will work closely with leadership to produce engaging, high‑quality content for U.S. audiences across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Create engaging social media assets, including graphics, videos, project highlights, employee spotlights, and company updates.
• Produce and edit video content for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture and promote company achievements, projects, culture, and recruitment initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and developing organic social media strategies.
• Experience creating multimedia content, including copywriting, graphic design, and social media video editing.
• Advanced English level (C1+) for professional communication.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies and managing content for professional or B2B audiences.
• Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
