Associate Manager - Data Analytics

About the role

The Associate Manager – Analytics will handle data analysis and database management for the Commercial team, monitoring, analysing, and reporting on business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Compile and store data for International Merchandising & Sourcing departments.
• Extract data for requests, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Suggest ways to increase capacity and enhance efficiency of strategic databases.
• Monitor sourcing data, analyse financial impact of pricing, and inform stakeholders.
• Develop and review vendor/competitor pricing for merchandising and sourcing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or related field.
• 2–4 years experience as business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role.
• Strong experience managing e‑commerce, data or digital marketing.

Required skills

• Expertise in SQL.
• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as R and Python.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Data Studio).
