About the role
We are looking for energetic Bicycle Sales Representatives to promote and sell our clients' bicycle products in the Komarock area of Nairobi. The role involves direct interaction with retailers and end‑customers, building brand visibility and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Identify, approach and onboard new retail partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence on competitor activities.
- Monitor sales performance, track inventory levels and report results to management.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Required profile
- Age 21‑30, male, with a valid smartphone.
- Confident bicycle rider with a strong sales drive and resilience.
- Ability to work independently within the assigned territory.
- Minimum of one month sales experience (or equivalent).
Required skills
- Market research and intelligence gathering.
