About the role

The Branch Manager will direct and supervise other managers and oversee day‑to‑day operations at the assigned branch location(s), ensuring high‑quality customer service and achievement of operational goals.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with branch managers to set performance standards based on financial, operational, and compliance goals.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide guidance, and enable staff to meet objectives.
Identify training needs and work with HR to implement development plans.
Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers, vendors, and staff, demonstrating excellent service.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

Associate degree with equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred.
At least five years of management experience at a branch level.
