Sales & Marketing Executive - ManageEngine & Zoho Solutions

About the role

A growing technology solutions provider is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive in Westlands, Nairobi, to drive adoption and growth of its ManageEngine and Zoho solution portfolio among corporate clients. The role is full-time and suits an ambitious sales professional with experience in enterprise software sales who can build client relationships and meet or exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for ManageEngine and Zoho solutions.
• Identify, prospect and generate new business opportunities across industries.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and solution consultations, and recommend technology solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and closing.
• Promote account growth, cross-selling and upselling.
• Take part in marketing campaigns, webinars, exhibitions and industry events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and activity updates, and monitor market trends and competitors.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in IT software sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions.
• Experience selling ManageEngine, Zoho or similar business software is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
