Brand Strategist & PR Lead

About the role

The Brand Strategist & PR Lead will shape and communicate the brand identity of Brites Management Services Limited within the real‑estate market. You will develop strategic brand frameworks, lead public‑relations initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand positioning, value propositions and messaging frameworks.
• Conduct brand audits, market research, SWOT analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Design and execute PR strategies, draft press releases and manage media relations.
• Oversee internal communications to align with brand messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital, print and advertising touchpoints and enforce brand guidelines.
• Build relationships with journalists, media houses and influencers; act as liaison for external communications.
• Develop crisis communication plans and respond to reputational risks.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on brand campaigns, assets and events.
• Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor communications to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in branding, marketing, public relations or corporate communications.
• Strong portfolio of successful brand or PR campaigns.
