Business Development Officer – Loan & Collections

About the role

Goldstep Capital Limited is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to drive loan disbursement, collections and customer acquisition in its Westlands branch. The role blends sales, customer service and administrative duties to support the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly KPIs: disbursement, collections, new and active customer targets.
• Review open accounts and initiate collection actions.
• Collect customer payments according to due dates.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and conduct due‑diligence.
• Maintain the information desk and handle routine administrative tasks.
• Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet sales and collection targets.
• Good communication and customer‑service orientation.
