Case Manager Assistant – Personal Injury Law

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Case Manager Assistant to support our Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation Department. Working side‑by‑side with senior Case Managers, you will help drive case progression, manage insurance claims, coordinate medical care, and ensure clients receive the maximum settlement possible.

Key responsibilities

• Open and manage insurance claims with carriers, subrogation departments, and state medical providers.
• Request, track, and obtain police reports, medical records, and billing statements.
• Schedule medical appointments, arrange transportation, and provide regular case updates to clients.
• Contact medical providers to verify and reconcile outstanding balances.
• Organize complete case files and prepare documentation for demand writers.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience as a Case Manager Assistant, Case Manager, or Legal Assistant in Personal Injury.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in Legal Studies, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Advanced English communication skills; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Minimum typing speed of 40+ words per minute.

Required skills

• Familiarity with case management software such as Litify or Salesforce.
