Case Manager Assistant – Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Case Manager Assistant to support our Pre‑Litigation Department. You will work closely with senior Case Managers to move personal injury cases forward and help clients obtain the maximum settlement possible.

Key responsibilities

• Open and track insurance claims with carriers, subrogation departments, and MedPay/CARE providers.
• Order, track, and audit police reports, medical records, and billing statements.
• Schedule medical appointments, arrange client transportation, and maintain empathetic communication.
• Verify final and ongoing billing balances with medical providers to ready files for settlement.
• Organize and assemble audit‑ready case files for handover to demand writers.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager Assistant, Case Manager, or Legal Assistant in a personal injury law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Law, Health Sciences or related fields preferred).
• Advanced English; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Hands‑on experience with Litify or Salesforce legal CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑volume pre‑litigation caseload.
