Customer Success Representative – Interior Design & Construction

About the role

The Customer Success Representative will own the client experience throughout the interior design and construction project journey, acting as the primary coordination point from site‑visit booking through design, execution and handover. This role requires exceptional communication in English and Kiswahili and a solid understanding of interior‑design and construction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Take over client coordination once a site visit has been confirmed and paid for.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout design, quotation, approvals, execution and handover.
• Coordinate communication between clients and Sales, Design, Quantity Surveying, Procurement and Project Management teams.
• Track client decisions, selections, approvals, variations and outstanding requirements.
• Identify potential client concerns early and coordinate resolution before they escalate.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
• Strong organization and follow‑through, able to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with composure under pressure.
• Previous experience in interior design, construction, renovations or a related built‑environment business.
• Mature, confident, presentable and collaborative team player.
