Cybersecurity Analyst – On‑site in Colombia

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to protect our organization from cyber threats. You will work closely with IT and security teams to monitor, analyze, and respond to incidents, ensuring our systems and data stay secure and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor network traffic, logs and security alerts.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, breaches and intrusions.
• Identify, assess and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Document tickets, audit findings and compliance reports.
• Operate and improve security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS and firewalls.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to mitigate risks.
• Deliver security awareness training to colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.
• Entry‑level security certification preferred (Security+, CEH or equivalent).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS).
