Front Office Supervisor – Hotel Front Desk Lead

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor assists in the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department, ensuring that all guests receive professional, friendly, and personalized service from arrival to departure. The role involves supervising the team, handling guest concerns, upholding brand standards, and supporting daily management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day front office operations, including check‑in, check‑out and room assignments.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints in line with Accor service standards.
• Lead and coach the Front Desk, Guest Relations and Bell teams, conducting briefings and ensuring performance standards.
• Monitor shift reports, cash float, night audit accuracy and maintain guest profile records.
• Promote upselling of rooms and services and support cost‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years front‑office experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System, preferably Opera Cloud.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
