Head of Sales – Enterprise Revenue Growth (Individual Contributor)

About the role

Our client, a leading global CX management company, is looking for a high‑calibre enterprise sales professional to drive accelerated revenue growth across Kenya and the wider East African region. This is an individual‑contributor position focused on originating, structuring and closing large, multi‑year BPO and managed‑services deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing for deals ranging from $5M to $20M ACV.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline within the first 60 days, targeting key sectors across Kenya and East Africa.
• Structure multi‑year, multi‑country agreements, including complex commercial and contractual terms.
• Engage C‑suite stakeholders, influence decision‑making and secure anchor enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop a repeatable, scalable go‑to‑market motion.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($5M‑$20M+ ACV) in BPO, CX, contact‑centre or managed‑services environments.
• Deep understanding of the Kenya/Africa BPO market with an established network across key industries.
• Experience selling AI‑led solutions and navigating complex commercial frameworks.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to price and negotiate high‑value contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science or related field; MBA advantageous.
