Product Manager – Legal SaaS Growth

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own commercial performance of Baggins Law in Kenya. You will drive market growth, acquire law firms and legal practitioners, and manage subscription revenue for our cloud‑based legal practice management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire law firms, independent practitioners and legal service organisations.
• Develop and execute product growth and customer acquisition strategies.
• Promote Baggins Law through legal industry networks, bar associations and professional partnerships.
• Present and demonstrate platform features such as case management, Smart Forms, e‑signatures, billing and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Convert trial users into paying subscribers and maintain relationships to encourage renewals.
• Track verified subscription revenue, acquisition and retention metrics.

Required profile

• Professional experience in legal practice management, law firm administration or legal technology.
• Strong understanding of law‑firm operations, case management, client intake and billing.
• Proven business‑development or SaaS subscription growth experience in the legal sector.
• Established network within law firms or ability to build one independently.
• High professionalism, accountability and ability to work without a sales team.
