HR Operations Generalist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to join a global technology platform on a contract basis. This fully remote position allows you to support users worldwide, handling onboarding, troubleshooting, and everyday inquiries while contributing to a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, concise English support via chat, email, or other channels.
• Assist users with account setup, verification, and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to accounts, transactions, or technical difficulties.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and feedback in the designated system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex user problems.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet application).
• Proficiency with email and standard communication tools.
