About the role
This internship offers a hands‑on learning environment where you can apply academic knowledge to real‑world projects, develop professional skills, and gain practical experience within a global mining equipment company.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with various projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Provide administrative support such as answering phones, managing documents, scheduling, and data entry.
- Attend team and client meetings, take notes, and contribute to discussions.
- Create content including written materials, presentations, reports, and help manage social media accounts.
- Learn company operations, products, services, and internal software systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and other interns.
- Offer ideas and suggestions for process improvements.
Required profile
- Current student or recent graduate (within one year) in a related field.
- Motivated, proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable to fast‑paced, changing environments.
- Strong organization and time‑management abilities.
- Team‑player who works well with others.
- Based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
