About the role
We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our main entrance. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth administrative flow throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy and well‑stocked front desk with pens, forms, and other materials.
- Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and address complaints professionally.
- Answer incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and parcels.
- Prepare outgoing mail, draft correspondence, and arrange parcel shipments.
- Check, sort, and forward emails to relevant departments.
- Monitor office supplies, place orders when needed, and keep inventory records.
- Maintain updated records, files, and monitor office expenses.
- Assist with additional tasks such as travel arrangements and scheduling as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or similar customer‑facing role.
- Familiarity with common office equipment (fax, printer, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of office management and bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- High school diploma; further qualifications are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
