International Sales and Account Management Associate

About the role
We are seeking an International Sales and Account Management Associate to support Dot Glasses’ expansion across Africa and beyond. The role will work closely with the International Account Manager, country representatives and distributors to ensure smooth operations and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the International Account Manager in managing relationships with country representatives, master distributors and customers.
- Support distributors in setting up, implementing and scaling Dot Glasses solutions.
- Generate leads and identify new partnership opportunities for existing distributors.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders to maintain seamless account operations.
- Prepare and follow up on account documentation and reporting.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of relevant sales or account‑management experience.
- Strong interest in innovative healthcare solutions and eye‑care accessibility.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple international accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
