Sales Representative – Life Insurance

About the role

We are seeking energetic Sales Representatives to promote Geminia Life Insurance products in Nairobi. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating leads, building lasting relationships, explaining insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets while maintaining accurate client records. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that requires a certificate, diploma or university degree, with a degree and prior sales experience preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Promote life insurance products to potential customers.
• Identify, approach and engage prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain insurance solutions and follow up with prospects.
• Close sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Update CRM system with client interactions.
• Provide detailed explanations of insurance coverage options.

Required profile

• Ambitious and passionate about sales and finance.
• Self‑driven with a desire to build a client portfolio and grow income.
• Certificate, Diploma or University degree in a relevant field; degree preferred.
