Junior IT Project Manager (On‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage several IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor risks, identify issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and priorities.
• Create and maintain project documentation, training materials and presentations.
• Facilitate planning, execution, monitoring and closure activities.
• Define project scope, objectives and success criteria while aligning expectations.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably technology‑focused.
• Minimum 2 years of technical project‑management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Excellent organizational, leadership and time‑management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
