Laboratory Equipment Sales Person

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Equipment Sales Person to expand our market presence across Kenya. The role combines technical laboratory knowledge with strong sales capabilities to match clients with the right scientific solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell laboratory equipment to clients in diverse industries.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Advise clients on suitable laboratory solutions based on their needs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after‑sales support.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Achieve sales targets and support overall business growth.
• Gather market intelligence and perform competitor analysis.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and demonstrations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Analytical Chemistry.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a busy Quality Control Laboratory.
• Must be 30 years or older.
• Valid driving licence held for more than 2 years.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing processes.
• Hands‑on experience in quality control laboratory operations.
• Analytical Chemistry expertise.
