Live Commerce Host (Shift-Based Execution Role)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Live Commerce Host to present products in real‑time to our online audience. You will follow a proven Hook → Demo → Close format, rotating through opening, demonstration and closing segments while maintaining high energy and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live product presentations according to the company script.
• Follow the structured Hook → Demo → Close format for each session.
• Maintain energy, clarity, and engagement during long‑duration broadcasts.
• Rotate between opening, demonstration, and closing roles as scheduled.
• Work in assigned shifts, including day, night, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate closely with the control team and data team to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent (US or European preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and on‑camera presentation skills.
• Ability to follow scripted content accurately while sounding natural.
• Highly disciplined, reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new products, platforms, and processes.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as sales, media, hospitality, or customer service.
• Additional language proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
