Maintenance Technician – Plumbing and Electrical

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician with strong hands‑on experience in both plumbing and electrical systems to support our hospitality facilities in Westlands, Nairobi. You will work independently to ensure all building services operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plumbing and electrical installations.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective repairs.
• Maintain and calibrate maintenance tools and equipment.
• Document work orders, service reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Installation, Plumbing, Building Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in hotels, apartments, commercial buildings, or property management is an advantage.
